If you are attending one of our sessions for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session time so you can fill out our Health and Safety and Emergency Contact questionnaire. Sports clothing and trainers, a sweat towel and a drink is all you need to bring with you.

Your first WEEK with us is FREE, £5.00 per session thereafter. (£3.50 per session whilst online, strength classes £5.00)
